Thira Town

Thira Town

Despite Fira, Santorini’s capital city, is super touristy, the town that is build on top of one of the many caldera cliffs, is definitely worth a day’s visit. Especially since it keeps a not so secret secret post-card worthy spot seen in this street style post which you will be pointed to by, surprise, way markers.  Above that, it’s just fun strolling through white & pastel colored streets and enjoying the view of the ocean if there is a sparsely build-up spot. As for eating you might want to visit Shinx Restaurant in the center of Fira, which is known for its nice Mediterranean cuisine and stunning caldera view (especially during sunset).

About the outfit, I wore a satin-lace top and an artsy skirt, both bought at H&M, which I haven’t visited for a long time before that trip and was totally surprised by the (new and better?) quality. The black Cuban heel shoes are from Zara but I switched them against a cute pair of flip-flops I have found in a cute little Santorinian store later on.
